CapLand Ascott Tr – First Half results is out! Gross Revenue ia up 11 percent to 386m. Net profit is up 12 percent to 173m. The increased was mainly due to strong lodging demand. Adjusted Distribution income is up 8 percent to 91m versus 84m last year. DPU is down 8 percent to 2.55 cents as compared to 2.78 cents because of a larger no of units.
